WHERE WE CAMPED: Fall Camping in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan; McLain State Park, Part 1

Ron and I (Tammy) decided to spend a week camping in the fall in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan on the Keweenaw Peninsula along Lake Superior.  So, we took off from St. Paul, MN with our little Nomad trailer and our two cats in early October, 2021.  The leaves were just gorgeous on the drive up!  We found our campsite, and settled in, and then spent the first night and next morning enjoying the relaxing rain.  Later we began exploring and checking out the beautiful campground.
