Looking for a workout that is challenging and efficient? Check out the new JAZ it Up, which features five exercises in five minutes! If you're feeling spicy, repeat this workout 2-4 times for even more of a challenge! This workout is designed for beginners and seniors, but all fitness levels are welcome to try it out.
