Kadhai Gosht or Karahi Gosht is a Mughlai dish with it's flavourful spicy gravy is a Unique tasty recipe cooked using various spices and the Aroma it gives is wonderful as well as irresistent.

INGREDIENTS FOR KADHAI MASALA POWDER

Dried red chillies - 5
Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Dry roast these ingredients and grind

INGREDIENTS FOR KADHAI GOSHT / MUTTON KADHAI

Mutton - 1/2 kilo
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Onions finely cut - 3 medium sized
Tomatoes finely cut - 2 medium sized
Yogurt - 1 cup
Salt -as required
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Few coriander leaves
Green chillies - 5

METHOD
------
1.In a pan heat oil and to it add mutton pieces and fry them till golden brown in colour.
2.To this fried mutton piece add ginger garlic paste,turmeric and salt, mix well.
3.Then add onions and tomatoes, let them cook till tender.
4.Now add Yogurt and mix well then add kadhai masala and red chilli powder, mix well.
5.Add coriander leaves and green chillies.
6.Simmer for 10 minutes and kadhai mutton is ready.
7.Serve hot with naan,roti or rice.
