Gorge Creek Loop | 23.4km Solo Overnight in Bluerock Wildland Provincial Park

If you're looking for a fairly smooth and simple loop style overnight backpacking route with 10-15 km each day...this is a great spot. There are a few decommissioned campgrounds in Bluerock Wildland Park, and this one puts you random camping (technically) at the decommissioned Threepoint Campground. One note from the campground, the critter hang that I showed was not what I used. There is another higher bear hang across the creek from the campground, but I actually decided to hang a line anyways...I just didn't feel like they were inaccessible enough. I've done this loop in May just after the highway opens up and it's pretty snowed in, and this trip in June was really wet. It's probably best to hit this one later in the season.
