SNES Cart Won't Boot - Nasty Nintendo Cartridges Part 1 - Fixing Ebay Junk

A viewer has sent me two water damaged Nintendo Cartridges that don't work.  One is a huge mess, the other is a smaller mess.   This has also had an attempted repair which didn't go very well.
