How to remove Bios password on laptops, system disable code and more! Worked on Dell latitude 3540

Some time ago I received a laptop with a bios password. It's a Dell latitude 3540. This laptop is quite an unusual case since it gives a 16 character system disable code. There are a few videos online of people having success getting their bios unlock code, but their disable code is quite different. I searched online for it but I couldn't find a clear answers for this, i could only find these weird websites where you have to pay some amount of money for a code that they generate for you... contacting dell was also not an option.

After a lot of searching and trying different things I did find a way to unlock my bios (for free) though, a method that doesn't involve opening it up! Just by generating an unlock code!
