Diary of a Wimpy Kid Movie Opening Scene (2010)

Greg Heffley gets woken up by his older brother Rodrick. Rodrick tricks Greg into thinking that Greg had slept through the whole summer but Greg woke up just in time for his first day of middle school. Greg talks about how his mom made him write in a diary and how later on when he’s rich and famous he won’t have to answer people’s stupid questions about his life. So he can give them his diary so they can read about him. He also mentions that Rowley isn’t ready for middle school and how Rowley doesn’t understand the concept of growing up.
