Put  a clicker in one hand and treats in the other hand, on a table or in your pocket

Put the clicker out of sight (behind your back or at your side) so your dog doesn’t see it as a distraction or a visual cue

Put a treat on the ground in front of you

As soon as your dog (finishes eating the treat) and looks back up at you CLICK and place a treat on the ground to the right of your feet

As soon as your dog (finishes eating the treat) and looks back up at you CLICK and place a treat on the ground to the left of your feet

As soon as your dog (finishes eating the treat) and looks back up at you CLICK and toss a treat a few feet to your right

As soon as your dog (finishes eating the treat) and looks back up at you CLICK and toss a treat a few feet to your left

Repeat 10-15 times then move to a more distracting environment
