Barbecue Rice:
Ingredients for chicken marination :
Chicken boneless  750 gram
Yogurt    1 cup
All spices powder   1 tsp
Roasted cumin    1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili  1 tsp
Red chili powder  1 tsp
Red chili flakes   ½ tsp
Black pepper   ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder  ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
Yellow food color   ½ tsp
Coal     1
Oil    2 tbsp
Garlic chopped   1 tbsp
Green chilies   1
vinegar    1 tbsp
cabbage    2 cup
corns    ½ cup
spring onion    ½ cup
carrot     ½ cup
capsicums    1
Red chili flakes   1 tsp
Black pepper   1 tsp
Soya sauce   1 tbsp
Chili sauce    2 tbsp
Ingredients for rice:  
Oil     4 tbsp
Ginger garlic chopped  1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped  1 tbsp
Rice    2 cup
Salt    1 tsp
Chicken cube   1
Red chili flakes   as required
For sauce ingredients:
Mayonnaise   1 cup
Tomato ketchup  1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce  1 tbsp
Black pepper   ½ tsp
Method:
In chicken all chicken ingredients mix and leave for 10 minutes. Then in a pan heat oil and cook for 10 minutes then do the smoke to coal and set a side.in the second pan  heat oil and all vegetables and ingredients sauté on  high heat and set a side .now for rice heat oil and add chopped ginger garlic and chopped green fry .then add 2 cup of add rice ,chicken cubes and salt mix and cook then leave on dum .then add crushed red chili and mix .then all the sauce ingredients mix in a bowl .finally all thing set on the platter and serve .  


Karahi keema
Ingredients :
Beef mince     1 kg
Tomato puree    2 cup
Chopped ginger   1 tbsp
Julian cut ginger   1 tbsp
Coriander leaves   ½  bunch
Green chilies    8
Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp
Red chili powder   1 tsp
Red chili flakes   1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili    1 tbsp
Chat masala    1 tsp
Cumin roasted and crushed  1 tbsp
Crushed coriander    1 tbsp
Kasoori fenugreek    1 tbsp
Oil      1/2 cup
Method:
Heat oil add chopped ginger, green chilies and all dry ingredients and some water add and roast. after this add ginger garlic paste, mice and tomato puree mix and cook for 10 minutes and serve.

Super crispy chicken:
Chicken breast   2
Soya sauce    2 tbsp
Vinegar    2 tbsp
Oil     2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste   2 tbsp
Black pepper   1 tbsp
Red chili powder   1 tbsp
Red chili flakes   1 tbsp
Salt     1 tbsp
Flour      1 cup
Corn flour    ½ cup
Egg     1
Bread crumbs   as required
Oil      for frying
Method:
Cut the chicken breast in Longley then except bread crumbs all ingredients mix and leave for 10 minutes in refrigerator. after this chicken coat in bread crumbs and fry in oil and serve with sweet chili sauce.  

Layali lubnan :
Ingredients:
Milk     1 litter
Sugar    ½ cup
Semolina    ¼ cup
Vanilla essence  1 tsp
Rose water   1 tsp
Milk     ½ litter
Dried milk    ½ cup
Sugar    8 tbsp
Corn flour   4 tbsp
Whip cream   1 cup
Almond    50 gram
Pistachios    50 gram
Method:
In 1 litter mil add sugar ,semolina ,vanilla essence and water mix and thick the mixture then dish out and keep in refrigerator .now ½ litter milk and 8 tbsp sugar boil .after this corn flour ,milk , vanilla essence  and rose water add and cook till than thick .then add dried milk mix and stove off and cool it .then add whipped cream mix .then do the layer firstly mixture layer .finally garnish with almond and pistachios and serve .
