📍The EU’s foreign policy chief said routing humanitarian supplies to Karabakh via Aghdam “should not be seen as an alternative to the reopening of the Lachin corridor.”
📍The Red Cross evacuated 11 more people from Karabakh for urgent medical care in Armenia.
