“Naajaahí Cheese” was a favorite for many of us growing up on the Rez in the ‘70s and ‘80s. I’m sharing with you all one of mine that was always made with love by our late uncles. My sisters and I made hot tortillas and grated the cheese, our uncles stood at Grandma’s stove and grilled, and my brothers just ate it up. 😊❤️ Beautiful memories. Ła’ ádadoołííł.
