How to Clean Fridge Ice Water Dispenser Tray | Remove hard water deposits from Refrigerator tray

The tray under the water and ice dispenser of our Whirlpool Gold fridge has hard water deposits on it. Even though I tried cleaning it various ways (soap and water, windex, etc), it still looked dirty. I don't know how to remove the tray. In this video, I use a hard water / soap scum remover to clean the tray... and it works! Why didn't I think of that in the first place? Please rinse well after washing!
