Since I've baked the first
Since I've baked the first yeast plait, I've had to bake it again and again and everyone has been so enthusiastic so far. I love it too, especially with butter and elderflower jelly. A real pleasure.
Ingredients:
700 grams of flour (350 grams of wheat flour, 350 grams of spelled flour type 630)
350 ml milk
130 grams of very soft butter (if necessary heat the butter a little)
130 grams of sugar
1 egg
20 grams of yeast
Ingredients for coating:
1 egg
1 tablespoon of milk
For the topping:
1 handful of granulated sugar
1 handful of flaked almonds
