Instant Pot Shredded Chicken | Meal Prep Shredded Chicken Teriyaki & Cilantro Lime Salsa Chicken

I love meal prepping "buffet style" and using the Instant Pot to make shredded chicken for the week is my go-to. Here are two delicious shredded chicken recipes for you to try in your pressure cooker!

All recipes are cooked under high pressure in the Instant Pot. You may have a Manual button or Pressure button.

» 1 cup water, or chicken/vegetable stock
» 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
» ½ cup honey
» ¼ cup rice vinegar
» 1 tbsp mirin
» ½ tbsp soy sauce paste
» 1 tbsp red chili flakes, or ½ tbsp if you don't want it too spicy
» 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
» 2 chicken breasts
» 1 tbsp cornstarch

» 2 chicken breasts
» ¼ cup lime juice, plus 1 wedge per serving to serve with
» 1 tbsp taco seasoning
» 430 ml salsa
» ½ cup cilantro, or more
