This video discusses a common motocross technique mistake that holds back a lot of riders from having more control and going faster on a dirt bike. I'll go over how you may think you have the correct body position, but you are not allowing the correct body part to move and it in turn locks up your form and position. I will go over how to use the balls of your feet and ankles to have a better overall riding position that will translate to speed and flow on the track and trails.
