My Everyday Parisian Makeup Routine

Here's my everyday Parisian makeup routine for when I feel like wearing makeup. It's perfect for nights out or during the day when I want to feel a little more put together. It's a minimal "no-makeup" makeup look that accentuates my features, but also doesn't hide anything (like you can definitely still see my acne scaring). At this point in my life, I don't tend to buy makeup so all of this is old, but still available and potentially in different packaging. I've loved these products for years and always reach for them. In Paris, I tend to do this type of beauty routine: simple and natural looking make up.

I'm the first to admit that my makeup does follow that Parisian style that everyone seems to be into these days. While I find this style to be a bit redundant and prejudice against people who don't look a certain way, one of the main reasons Parisian style and makeup still rings true to me is that it's about embracing your imperfections and showcasing them. That should be celebrated regardless of how magazines and media want you to view yourself and "that" mythical Parisian style. After all one of my favorite things about Paris is its diversity that is so rarely mentioned.
