Have you been considering investing in a Microscope? Have you been wanting the Epifluorescence Ability? FIRST WHY WOULDN’T YOU DO IT: It’s Expensive (I have a workaround & 40% off LW) It’s not taught outside of universities (I will have a program for this) Now, why you SHOULD check out Epifluorescence Microscopy: there’s a way to use a regular brightfield microscope with an external monitor/camera system that is a fraction of the cost of an epifluorescence microscope setup (I’ll showcase that in a video I’ll be filming this weekend or early next week depending) SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS It’s the BEST WAY to examine Fungi & Fungal activity inside and outside of plant tissue, sap, & roots, as well as the soil and compost: FUNGI AUTOFLUORESCE at the BLUE wavelength which is the form of light that is reaching microbes inches into the soil. Their crystals GLOW and the phosphorus they pump in their hyphae GLOWS. This is MORE TRUE TO THEIR ENVIRONMENT. Plant Cells look like CHUNKS OF GLASS and so they are: you can SEE THROUGH THEM in this light wavelength… it’s utterly AMAZING!! It shows a different version of our world. It’s utter simplicity to work with - I often don’t use cover slips and simply place the naked root on a slide and view it. Take a picture of root and then throw a grid on it, color in the glowing inoculation, and then we have our ratio or %. 5th graders can do this & it’s how they do it in universities! Evaluate plant tissues for endophytes & leaf surfaces. This can show us how successful an inoculation is and can detect early blight and other fungal issues. You are not adding light in from below but ABOVE - this changes EVERYTHING. It’s NOT the same AT ALL. I can see the SURFACE I can let in NATURAL LIGHT and view the surface too and get a DOUBLE EXPOSURE image without any effort, just adjusting the condenser. Or I can do a full brigthfield and then full EF & then overlap them and use opacity. LIVE/DEAD Stain (TBA) Viability Stain (FDA) If you already have a microscope AND you can attach a camera, you can do a new technique I’ll be unveiling soon with your regular brightfield microscope, turning it into an epifluorescence microscope! There’s also easy ways to make regular Brightfield microscopes into Darkfield microscopes for even cheaper!! If you want to learn how to do all this and interpret it, please support the new Kickstarter for Regenerative Soil Microscopy ONLY 20 DAYS LEFT - Click the Link & Check it out: www.kickstarter.com/projects/mattpowers/regenerati… I’m Matt Powers.
