Crasa recently had big plans to compete in the Ironman competition, but in an instant all that changed. Her Talk navigates through self-discovery on her quest to become the best version of herself.
Ashlynn is a high school senior who looks forward to continuing both her academic and athletic career at SUNY Cortland. She very much enjoys swimming, biking, and running. Sharing her story about self-discovery, Ashlynn hopes to inspire those around her to set out on their own goals.
