How to Make Blueberry Pancake Cupcake...

Makes about 8 Pancakes:

220g Plain Flour
2 tsp Caster Sugar
Good pinch of Salt
2 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
440ml Whole Milk
60ml Cold Water

Butter and Oil for frying!
