Kansas City’s university and Kansas City’s football team have been teaming up long before our partnership became official in 2023!
A history department connection helped UMKC art history student Meghan Jaben find a rare opportunity to combine her two loves: art and sports. She’s been working with the Arrowhead Art Collection since 2019. The collection houses pieces made by Chiefs Kingdom artists all throughout GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
It’s just one of the many ways Kansas City is our classroom!
