In Korea, small food stands selling various treats pop up on the streets in the winter.
One of them is hotteok! Watch this video to find out more about it.

✔ Ingredients of Dough (Makes 10 pancakes 4 inches in diameter)
2 cups (10 oz) wheat flour (bread flour or all-purpose flour), 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon yeast, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¾ cup warm water
✔ Filling
1+¼ cups (10 oz) brown sugar, 0.5 oz nuts, 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon potato starch, ⅛ teaspoon salt
Tip. If potato starch is not available, you can replace it with corn starch or leave it out.
