Configuring Reference Values in Indicators in ArcGIS Dashboards

This video shows you how to configure reference values in ArcGIS Dashboards Indicators that change colour depending on what's filtered in selectors. Very useful if you have target values or average values in your data and you want to highlight what's above or below certain thresholds.
