DISNEY CULTURAL EXCHANGE APPLICATION AND INTERVIEW TIPS

So you're thinking of applying for the Disney Cultural Exchange Program (CEP) to work at Walt Disney World in Florida? Here are all my handy hints and tips to get you through the interview and application process. From what to say to what to wear, I've got you covered.

I applied to the CEP in 2013 and was rejected - so I went off to Camp America and had a fantastic time instead. I came back in 2014 and got through all of the stages. That means I can share both what I did wrong the first time, and what I did right the second time.
