This heavy-duty powder filling machine has been built to match your specific product requirements, generally suitable for medium to large production environments. This variant's filling speed is 20-50 bags per minute, while filling range is 10-3000 grams.
Its sturdy construction, easy-to-remove hopper allows the user for simple cleaning and maintenance. All contact parts have been made up of SS 304.

Working:
After deciding the weight of powder to be filled in each pack, the operator has to just manually place the pack or container under the dispensing nozzle to get the powder filled in an accurate manner with negligible deviation.
In this machine, paddle switch has also been provided. On pressing the paddle, the pack/pouch/bottle will be filled with the dry powder.
