Southern Deep Fried Alligator!

We fried a mess of alligator for some boys from Illinois who took us Noodling this year. This is how we fry most of our fish (and alligator of course): soak in hot sauce, garlic salt, batter with self rising flour, and deep fry until golden brown! The gator were cooking here is from my first alligator, which was a 10ft gator I killed in south Florida this August.
