🚨👉 You were dispatched as a second ambulance to support another group. They respond to a 22-year-old female who is in active labour.

The baby is 35 weeks gestation, and upon your arrival, she was crowning. You set up your equipment and prepare to deliver the baby. And you notice that there is a nuchal cord. You deal with it and deliver a floppy blue and gasping baby.
