I need room to sit and chat, to put buckets of flowers, to make floristry - I also need somewhere the students can photograph their work, and we can all stand back and see how the students have applied what they've learned to make such lovely floral designs. I'm surprised to find which pieces of furniture clearly don't work in here at all and so need to go, which could be moved to do something I hadn't anticipated at all, and what I need to look out for to fill a gap I need.
