Takahiro Shiraishi is a serial killer from Japan. This documentary explores the crime committed by Takahiro Shiraishi and how he lures his victims by using Twitter. Because of his unique method of luring his victims, he was given the nickname 'The Twitter Killer'. Takahiro Shiraishi's method was so effective that within a span of 2 months, he claimed the lives of 9 people. News outlets in Japan quickly picked up Shiraishi's story and as a result of his crimes, the Chief Cabinet Secretary of Japan Yoshihide Suga had to take measures to stop any similar incidences from occurring again in the future. Takahiro's murder spree remains one of the most gruesome and tragic crimes ever committed in Japan.
