New Mexico Green Chile Sauce | Enchilada Sauce Recipe

I’m going back to my New Mexico roots with this homemade Green Chile Sauce. Let me know what you think! It goes so good on pretty much everything!

Jared’s Green Chile Sauce:

1 Cup of Hatch Green Chile
1 Medium White Onion
4 Cloves of fresh Garlic
4 Whole canned tomatoes
2 Teaspoons of Cumin
2 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Cilantro Bullion Cube
1 1/2 Teaspoon of Mexican Oregano
1-2 Teaspoons of Corn Starch
Water to cover Green Chile Mixture
