Psychedelic Sound Design in Ableton (Forest, Darkpsy)

This is a tutorial for making psychedelic sounds using only Ableton tools.

i tried to make the tutorial as beginner-friendly as possible.
i'm not a video editor and this is my first tutorial. i am aware that the volume of the voice-over is not consistently the same throughout the video. still i hope that you guys can get an insight and have some fun re-creating this (or a similar) sound.
