How to Keep Lettuce Fresh and Crisp for weekly meal plan prep. Spend a little time prepping your lettuce for storage in the refrigerator and it will be ready for you to "grab and go" for weekly meals. This method will help keep your lettuce from turning brown. It is great for quick salads, sandwiches, tacos, wraps, or other quick meals. I make a salad for lunch and it is fresh and ready for on the go meal prep.
