A 26-year-old Indian PhD student died after being shot inside a car in the US state of Ohio. Aaditya Adlakha was a fourth-year doctoral student in the molecular and developmental biology programme at the University of Cincinnati Medical School. His university described his death as "sudden, tragic, and senseless".
