Chilla / Thepali made from Juvar or Jowar (Sorghum) and  Vegetables. Jowar mini rotti

Ideal as Gluten free and healthy diet Healthy Food Recipe
#Ingredients.. Ingredients
Juvar or Jowar (Sorghum) flour : 1 bowl
Onion (or spring onion) chopped : 1 bowl
Grated carrot : 1/2 bowl
Grated Cucumber : 1/2 bowl
Grated Cabbage :  3/4 bowl
Spinach and coriander:   1 bowl
Tomato chopped (One small tomato)
Mint or Curry leaves

Masala
1/2 spoon roasted cumin powder
1/2 spoon chilly flakes
1/2 spoon pepper powder
1/2 spoon Chat masala
1/2 spoon sesame (til) seeds
1 spoon lemon juice
1 spoon Ghee (clarified butter)
Pinch of Hing (asafetida)

For sprinkle on Thepli
Ghee, Sesame seed, Cumin seed
