Ingredients

Milk.  1 litre  2% 3% or whatever you like

Yogurt 2-3 tea spoons

Preparation

Boil the milk fully on medium flame .
Cool down to warm temperature.
Mix 2-3 tea spoon of yogurt in a small bowl and mix it in the warm milk .
Cover it tightly for 4-5 hours .
Probiotic yogurt is ready .
