Apologies for the dropped frames and stutters, OBS hit encoding overload capturing the uncompressed 4K footage with RPCS3 running in some areas. [fun fact: the video file is 100GB in size] Will look into recording to SSD instead. Actual gameplay was smooth without the stutters in the video.
