As the name suggests, the
As the name suggests, the commitment challenge involves objectives like accountability and ownership. Teams commit and then try to achieve the pre-decided goals as a team. The significance of this activity is that each player commits and contributes towards the team objective as a whole and also at an individual level, all this in a fun gamified way!
Teams are provided with a target station and a few balls. The objective is to aim and throw these balls into the target from three pre-determined distances (the farthest distance carries the most points) in a specified amount of time with the constraints laid down. Pepbox curates this activity with further surprises.
Committing to and achieving a goal touch upon the accountability and responsibility-related competencies of team members. The activity adds fun and competition, as well as a pinch of self-belief, to the group
