This video is about the historical anthems of Iraq.

Iraq has a rich and complex history when it comes to anthem history. Each word in its anthems whether it be historical or incumbent portrays a sense of strong nationalism and Pan-Arabism.
The video portrays the imperial era when it started. The time when Ottomans ruled over Iraq since it was under the strongest influence of Ottomans, Various imperial anthems of the empire were used in ceremonies in Iraq. When Iraq (de-jure) became independent under the protection of the British empire, both God Save the King and the As Salam Al Malaki were used in ceremonies. When the Hashemite monarchy was overthrown by the army led by Qasim and M. Najib, an instrumental anthem composed by Lewis Zanbaka by the name of Mawtini was used in official ceremonies. In 1965, to show support for the widespread Pan-Arabism movement in the Middle East, An Arab nationalist anthem named Wallah Zaman Ya Selahy was adopted by Iraq alongside Egypt, Libya, and UAR. In 1968, Baath party leader Al-Bakr led a bloodless coup to form a Baathist government in Iraq, but the regime still continued to use Wallah Zaman Ya Selahy as the national anthem of Iraq. After 2 years of assuming office, Saddam Hussein changed the anthem to an Iraqi Nationalist song Ard-Al-Furatayn. The anthem praised Iraq's rich history and its arab generals like Saladin, Rashid, and Ibn Haritha. The anthem also praised its valiant army corpses and emphasized the river Euphrates and Baath Party while simultaneously praising being the political epicenter of the Babylon and Assyria. After the regime was overthrown by the coalition forces, The former instrumental anthem Mawtini was used for official representation but The Star Spangled Banner was used by the occupation zones administered by the USA. Soon, another Arab nationalist song by the same name (i.e Mawtini) written by Ibrahim Tuqan was adopted and used since 2004. The current anthem highlights the neglect of Bitter quarrel and acceptance to Arab unity.
