Hand Winding my Yarn into a ball

This is how I wind my leftover yarn skein with no tools. It's way better to detangle the spool before starting on the yarn ball. To help decrease tangling during projects, make sure the outside tail end of the yarn is removed from the center before working from the skein.  Securing it to the outside will prevent it from getting caught and wrapped around the rest of the yarn.
