There’s just something about fall and pumpkin that gets me in the baking mood! Follow along as I show you how to put a fall twist on a breakfast classic. These pumpkin waffles have the perfect crunch on the outside, are tender on the inside, and flavored with savory pumpkin and warm spices. Top with sweet syrup, creamy butter and crunchy nuts for a delicious breakfast treat!

0:02 - Let’s make some homemade pumpkin waffles!
0:15 - Whisk three eggs.
0:35 - Add the flour.
0:41 - Add baking powder.
0:48 - Add in cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
0:56 - Add the pumpkin puree.
1:15 - Add a dash of salt.
1:25 - Add a splash of pure vanilla extract.
1:31 - Add the brown sugar.
1:38 - Add melted butter.
1:45 - Add in the milk.
1:55 - Mix until the batter is lump free.
2:30 - Preheat your waffle iron.
2:38 - Pour the waffle batter onto the waffle iron.
2:48 - Close the iron and cook until done.
3:10 - Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
