We were out at Ray Carnes’ hunting club, Fort Wood, down in Bartow, GA this week cooking up some delicious food for Funday Friday! We observed National Tennessee Day, as well as the National Day of the Deployed.

Ray and the REC TEC team were stalking a very dangerous alligator as we began our episode and were luckily able to successfully neutralize the threat before any more damage was done... Greg butchered it all up for us and fried up some incredible gator, and Ray even made some of his famous Sriracha aioli to go along with it. Chef Greg and Jody also made some awesome Bacon Wrapped Venison Backstrap, Venison Meatballs, and Venison Salisbury Steak! But the best part of the day came when we went out with a bang… Literally! We blew up a competitor’s grill just to show that REC TEC means business.
