Hi! I'm "Baking Again Today". 😊
Today, I made fluffy and moist pancakes in a slightly different way!

I baked the pancakes in an egg roll pan and rolled them up like a roll cake. It looked so pretty and the taste was so moist and fluffy that it was really delicious. ❤

In the video, I tried making it by spreading strawberry jam and Nutella jam, and I also tried making it by spreading Nutella jam and adding bananas. I think it would be great to make it by adding various jams or fruits to suit your taste!

You can also try making it with commercial pancake flour.

180g eggs (about 3.5 eggs)
95g sugar
1g salt
25g honey
3g vanilla extract
160g cake flour
4g baking powder (you must use an aluminum-free product to avoid bitter taste)
50g milk
