This is the Windows version of Enabling VLC to play Blu-ray movies. Now the AACS dll files depend on what VERSION of VLC you have! So if you have the 32bit vlc then download the 32bit dll, if you have the experimental 64bit vlc then download the 64bit dll. If you continue to have problems after this tutorial then leave a comment below or PM me and I'll get back to you.

Command to run in the "Run" Program to access AppData folder:
%APPDATA%
