Setting and Attacking Training with Björn Berg (2 Person Beach Volleyball Practice)

In beach volleyball, there definitely
In beach volleyball, there definitely is value in being able to "set perfectly" and "attack perfectly" when the situation is good.. However, often the situation isn't that good.
Therefore, there is definitely value in also practicing less than ideal situations - to learn how to be the best setter possible after a not so good serve receive or defensive touch, and to learn to be the best attacker possible after a not so good set.
This quick video is a quick edit of some clips from a training session I did with 2x Olympian Björn Berg (he is also guesting my podcast in the episode that I released last week, you can find it here: #20 - Olympic Lessons, Smart Attackin.... Some of Björn's drills that we do during the session I like because they create just the right amount of "chaos" that you then have to try to turn into "order" with the set and attack as best as you can.
Hopefully this can serve as inspiration or as ideas for someones own 2-person training out there, it's not always possible to gather 4 players for a game, so having some alternatives that are still fun and makes you better at beach volleyball can be quite useful!
Have you done some maybe similar but slightly different drills yourself? Feel free to share in the comments, I'm personally always on the lookout for good new ideas, and I'm sure others are too!
