PerMix Vertical Paddle Mixers compliment
PerMix Vertical Paddle Mixers compliment to continued development of PerMix’s Vertical Mixers and has all the features of our Horizontal Paddle Mixers but add the advantages of our other Vertical Mixers, they are much more easy-to-clean ( with integrated CIP system ) and with almost no risk of cross contamination due to the fact the main seals are not in contact with the mixed product.
The PAM series also have reduced footprint and a more versatile batch range as there is no minimum batch size. Like our other Vertical Mixers, the Vertical Paddle PAM Mixers also leave little to no residue after discharge.
The spiral mixing blade of the PAM mixers initiates a three-dimensional flow: a helical upward movement on the periphery and a downward flow in the center, which leads to a very fast mixing time to reach an excellent homogeneity in the final mixed product.

•Engineered ribbon for increased blend uniformity and discharge yield.
•Cylindrical mixing chamber can be equipped with a conical bottom or
