تو سفری که به کردستان داشتم ماهی کبابی رو امتحان کردم که به نظرم نمونه نداشت...!در موردش کمه هرچی بگم، بهتره ویدیو رو ببینی! ...

برای تهیه کردنش ماهی رو از پشت میشکافن، حسابی میشورن و میذارن تا خشک بشه...
بعد میارنش روی حرارت ذغال و با نمک، دو نوع فلفل و زردچوبه مزه‌دارش میکنن.
۱-۲ دقیقه که گذشت، پوست ماهی رو برمیدارن تا بهتر پخته بشه...
روند طعم‌دهی رو برای این سمتش هم انجام میدن و میره برای بقیه‌ی پخت!
با یه چوب گوشت ماهی رو سوراخ سوراخ میکنن (یا به اصطلاح سیخ میزنن) تا آب پیازی که روش میریزن کاملاً به خوردش بره و بوی زهمی ازش باقی نمونه.
تو مرحله‌ی بعدی روغن (ترکیب روغن زیتون و روغن مایع) و آبغوره رو به هر دو طرف ماهی اضافه میکنن.
در آخر روی ماهی رو با برش‌های پیاز، گوجه‌فرنگی، فلفل دلمه‌ای و نمک میپوشونن و زمان میدن تا کامل بپزه.
وقتی کاملِ کامل پخت رب انار هم بهش میزنن تا دیگه طعمش رو تکمیل کنه!

نانی که همراه این غذا سرو میشه، نان اورامی هست...
یه نان نازک کردی که خمیرش با آرد و نمک تهیه و بعد روی ساج پخته میشه!
