Sheds, porches, and decks are common areas where animals can make a home. Once the animal has been trapped and removed, what's to stop a new animal from making a home in the same spot?
We use a product called Dig Defence to keep all animals out from under sheds, porches, and decks. Dig Defence is a tough, rust-proof material that even the strongest groundhog, raccoon, skunk, dog or cat can't get through. In fact, we use bolt cutters to cut and install the product, that's how tough it is!
Dig Defence has a height of 15" which makes it perfect to install below ground to prevent digging animals like skunks, groundhogs, and dogs from gaining access under your structures. We use a custom installation tool along with a post driver to professionally install this great product.
If you don't want to see the installed Dig Defence at the base of your shed or deck, then you can add a decorative lattice over top of the Dig Defence to hide it. This would be only for cosmetic reasons.
Other applications for Dig Defence include using it to stop pets from digging under your fence and escaping your yard. Whether you have a chain link fence, vinyl fence, or wooden fence, Dig Defence can keep the wildlife OUT of your yard and keep your pets IN your yard!
