My 30 day hair growth challenge and before and after results
Hair growth mask: melt oils using a double boiler, apply once a week

*In the video I accidentally said I left the mask in all night...I meant to say all day! I applied it in the morning and washed it out at night.
Hair rinse: boil pot of water and steep fresh rosemary for at least 30 minutes, use once a week after shampooing
