Mom Convicted of Killing Newborn Twins Gets New Trial

#LindseyLowe, convicted of killing her newborn twins in 2011, argued she had poor legal representation at her first trial and that at least one juror was biased against her.

A Tennessee judge has now granted her a new trial.
