Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Olive or vegetable oil (half a cup)
Flour (about 4 cups)
Filling ingredients
Olive oil (a quarter cup)
Chopped onions (1 small)
Minced lamb (400 grams)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Black pepper (1 teaspoon)
Cumin (half a teaspoon)
Red pepper (1 teaspoon)
Tomato sauce (1 tablespoon full)
Kashkaval or mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
Polishing mixture
an egg
A pinch of Nescafe
A pinch of sugar
Melted butter (1 tablespoon)
