@dnasbirdingadventures heads out for a big #birdingwatching #roadtrip with our #vanagon #vanlife  , Annie Van. We’ll head through Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin & Michigan. We’re not sure which way we’ll head home yet.  These are new roads and we’re finding some new birds for our 2024 bird list!  What beautiful country!  So far we’ve found excellent #michigan #birds #hiking trails, and campgrounds !

We made it to Michigan, our destination place, for our niece’s wedding! We’ll highlight birding from the Traverse City are and Barnes Park Campground, Mackinac Bridge, and Sault Saint Marie’s Soo Locks. We even have breakfast in Canada! We want to do some birding in Canada in the future! Annie Van had a bit of motor trouble when we reached Michigan. She’s on the road again thanks to the Ludington mechanic. We found two new life birds and birds for our 2024 list.
